Reporting Issues on the Highway to North Somerset Council
If you are reporting an issue on the highway, which is not urgent, the most efficient way of doing this is by using the North Somerset Council on-line reporting system. You can do this via https://www.n-somerset.gov.uk/do-it-online/report-or-request-services This will ensure your report is assigned to the appropriate officer and dealt with in a timely manner.
Major Changes to Hutton Bus Services at end of August
Changes to North Somerset’s bus services - affecting Hutton will come into effect from Sunday 31st August.
The 7H Service (Weston-super-Mare, Interchange - Coronation Estate - Hutton, Holm Road) will be withdrawn and:
Replaced with the X5 Service (Hutton, Warren Close - Weston-super-Mare, Worle, Clevedon - Portishead, Sainsbury's).
The route is extended beyond Weston-super-Mare Interchange to Bleadon Hill and Hutton via Coronation Estate and Uphill Hospital on all days of operation. Service frequency will increase from every 90 minutes to approximately every 70 minutes. At Weston Interchange the service will now use stop H on journeys towards Hutton to provide coordination with service 7 towards Locking Parklands.

Major Changes to Hutton Bus Services in April
Changes to North Somerset’s bus services - affecting Hutton and will come into effect from Sunday 6th April.
The 126 Wells to WSM route will no longer serve Hutton.
126: Wells – WSM (via Cheddar and Winscombe) – Improved timetable and a route change, the bus will travel via the A371, Hutton Moor Road and Locking Road. The route will no longer serve Hutton, Bleadon Hill, Weston General Hospital or Uphill.
Hutton will now be serviced by the 7H and Bleadon Hill will be served by the 7B.
7H: Weston Town Centre – Hutton – A variation of the number 7 bus. The service will travel from Weston Town Centre via Hildesheim Bridge to Weston General Hospital, Oldmixon and Hutton, increasing frequency for some parts of the 7 route.
• A new service 7H will operate in tandem with the 7 and will offer an enhanced frequency of buses to Weston General Hospital and Loxton Road Campus. The route will operate from Weston Interchange and down Drove Road where it will pick up the current 7 route, before extending out to Hutton. This service will run hourly from around 8am to 6pm on weekdays and Saturdays.
• The service will offer residents of Hutton direct links to Weston Hospital, Loxton Campus, and upon reaching Weston Interchange, some journeys will continue as service X5 onto Worle, Clevedon and Portishead. Customers may travel to these destinations directly from Hutton by asking for a through ticket and remaining on the bus when it arrives at Weston Interchange.
Please refer to timetables and their notes to identify which 7H trips continue on to Clevedon and Portishead.
