Types of Issues You Can Report Online

Stray or missing dogs: Report a dog you have found or one that is missing.

Dangerous dogs: Report dangerous dogs in public areas.

PSPO breaches: Report dogs breaking Public Space Protection Orders (such as fouling, being in excluded areas like play zones, or not being on a lead when requested).

Nuisances: Report issues like persistent barking or dog fouling

Reporting an issue 

Sometimes North Somerset Council need to be notified of issues in the area. For example, a pothole in the road, or a broken street sign. The quickest way for you to receive a response is to report it online.

Reporting online means that the issue will go directly to the right team. For example, a report about a missed waste collection will go immediately to the recycling and waste team.

 

Making a complaint

When you are unhappy with North Somerset's services you can make a complaint. The service will investigate your complaint and aim to reply within 10 working days. You will be told when a reply will take more than 10 working days and given a date to expect a reply.
