Reporting Issues or Making a Complaint to North Somerset Council

Reporting an issue

Sometimes North Somerset Council need to be notified of issues in the area. For example, a pothole in the road, or a broken street sign. The quickest way for you to receive a response is to report it online.

Reporting online means that the issue will go directly to the right team. For example, a report about a missed waste collection will go immediately to the recycling and waste team.

Making a complaint

When you are unhappy with North Somerset's services you can make a complaint. The service will investigate your complaint and aim to reply within 10 working days. You will be told when a reply will take more than 10 working days and given a date to expect a reply.

You can do either of these via this link HERE.

🚨 REPORT A CONCERN 🚨

Have you witnessed anti-social driving or riding in our community? Or are you experiencing other forms of anti-social behaviour?

📢 Please report it to the appropriate organisation so that concerns can be recorded and, where possible, action can be taken.

🚗 Anti-social driving or riding
Residents can report anti-social driving and riding through Avon and Somerset Police's online reporting service > Report anti-social driving or riding | Avon and Somerset Police

🏘️ Other anti-social behaviour
A range of anti-social behaviour issues can be reported to North Somerset Council through their Stronger, Safer North Somerset service > Anti-social behaviour | North Somerset Council

👉 Reporting incidents helps build a picture of what is happening in our community and ensures concerns reach the right people.
