The survey report has been finalised and is available below.  The report was approved by the Parish Council on 1st February 2021. The results of the survey and the responses therein will determine the priorities of the Parish Council going forward. 

A "Neighbourhood Plan" is used to determine areas in the community which could be used for further development of housing, business sites etc in the future. The result of the survey indicated that Hutton was not considered, by a large majority of Parishioners, as being suitable for any further development. Consequently, Councillors took the decision to no longer pursue a "Neighbourhood Plan". However, the Parish Plan developed in 2004 is being considered for updating as a road map for the future and to determine the priorities of the Council to meet the concerns of our Parishioners.
