Planning is now underway for the Hutton Parish Festival Week 2026. However, all the planned events cannot take place, without the help and support of the various planning committees and volunteers who not only organise and manage the events but help with all the various activities required to make it a safe and successful week. 

We Need your Help - Volunteers Required 

If you would like to put your name forward to volunteer to help and support Hutton Parish Festival Week 2026 or are interested and would like to know more, please do contact us.

Help is always required with a variety of activities, which include, but is not restricted to the following:  

• Delivering festival week flyers. 

• Preparing the St Mary’s Field site, removing items from storage and setting up for the festival week 

• Arranging furniture and equipment, tidying up between events 

• Taste of Somerset car park and event stewarding 

• Ensuring the Scout Hut is clean and tidy for events 

• Tidying up the St Mary’s site, removing and re-storing items after the festival week 

Please Note – to reduce plastic waste and move away from single use plastic, free single use beer and wine cups will no longer be used at the bar during the events. 

Reuseable plastic beer and wine cups will be available to purchase. If you have your own (maybe purchased last year) please don`t forget to bring them along with you.
