The Village Park

The new Des Phippen Village Park in Moor Lane has been designed and a new hedge, 180m long, was planted along the northern boundary on Saturday 27th February.

There were 1000 native hedgerow plants to be planted and 40 people came to help wearing wellies, warm clothing and thick gloves for planting the prickly hedge.
